We arrived to Lima after a long and quite boring but some what usefull stay in Guayaquil in Ecuador.
After we arrived to Guayaquil we planned to take a bus to Lima ..But then we learned that the travel will take arround 24 hours....hell...no way so we decided to get a plane...The thing was we didn't know that the Ecuador has its hollidays for 5 days and there was no way we could find a transport let be the airplane or a bike... So we staide and booked the earliest plane to Lima. On the 4th.
We arrived to Lima around 9pm and went to a Hostel with a warm/hot showers... It is somewhat interesting to see small things that we have in our lives like a good shower could be something very special after 5 days of cold shower...
Today We took a city tour like all the other europeans and enjoyed the ride on a smokey day...I think every day is quite the same.. Lima has about 9 million habitants and lots of lots of traffic. Exept one small site we didn't saw any pre/hispanic sites...We visited quite a few chuches and and so on... But at some stage a good coffee made our day a perfect day.. Walking around the Miraflores *a nice suburb was tiring but worth the visit. Now we have booked our bus to Cusco for tomorrow and I can still can not beleive we will be travelling for 21 hours on that thing.. But imagine how lucky we will feel when we can walk and jump around Machu Picchu...
